Avila’s 50 acres offer several meeting spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to facilitate camaraderie and team-building. There are seven cabins on-site with varying occupancy options, and a private suite that together provide accommodation for 54 guests. The property also includes a kitchen and with two dining rooms along with local catering options. Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are surrounded by immersive nature trails that encourage reflection while nourishing wellbeing.

Scholarships:
Avila offers a Social Justice Scholarship to make the space reachable for smaller nonprofits, particularly those led by people of color. Scholarships are tiered by organization budget: 35% for organizations under $500,000, 25% for $500,000 to under $1 million, and 5% for $1 million to $2 million. Each scholarship is capped at $4,000 and available once per group per year. Limited On-site Service Notice:
Avila is a self-service retreat center. To keep our prices down and be able to offer social justice scholarships, we have limited-service staff and hours.
- Avila is not able to clean your rooms or common spaces each day for multi-day events. Please help us steward the property and maintain your spaces as well as common areas after your use.
- Avila staff is generally on-site Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.
- Guided check-ins are available from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday. Self-check-in is available 24 hours with a 48-hour notice.
- We do NOT have staff at Avila overnight. You will have access to staff via cell phone in case you need immediate attention.
