Avila offers four reservable meeting spaces. Nonprofit rates apply to most organizations we host. A higher rate applies to for-profit organizations and to nonprofits with annual budgets over $7.5 million. There is a one-time service fee per booking, detailed at the bottom of this page. In addition to these meeting spaces, guests have access to outdoor gazebos and picnic areas that are great for break-out groups or informal meeting sessions.
Conference Room 1 (Large Meeting Room)
$350 per day for nonprofit organizations
$450 per day for for-profit organizations and nonprofits with budgets over $7.5M
Nonprofits with budgets under $2M may qualify for a Social Justice Scholarship, which reduces rates on a sliding scale.

$250 per day for nonprofit organizations
$350 per day for for-profit organizations and nonprofits with budgets over $7.5M

Service Fee (per event)
Each room also has a one-time service fee for each event. Please note that Avila will NOT be able to clean each day for multi-day events.
