Single-Room Cabins (Cabins A & B)
Our two private-bedroom cabins (Cabins A and B) have a single bed per room and offer shared bathrooms (1 full bath for every 3 rooms). These cabins comprise 12 rooms and can accommodate up to 12 people total.
Lodging Rates for Singles:
$80/night for nonprofit organizations
$100/night for for-profit organizations and nonprofits with budgets over $7.5M
Nonprofits with budgets under $2M may qualify for a Social Justice Scholarship, which reduces rates on a sliding scale.
Double-Room Cabins (Cabins C – G)
Double room have one single and one double bed per room and offer shared bathrooms (shared between two rooms). Our five shared-bedroom cabins (Cabins C – G) have 20 rooms in total and can accommodate up to 40 people total. Up to 3 roll out cots are available upon request.

Private Room Suites
The Private Suite has one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. This room can accommodate two guests. We have two private suites available.

$155/night for nonprofit organizations
$190/night for for-profit organizations and nonprofits with budgets over $7.5M

A one-time $15 lodging service fee applies per room, with an additional $5 fee for double rooms with more than one guest. This fee helps cover linens, room setup, and cleaning after your stay. Please note that daily cleaning is not available during multi-day stays.
Avila staff is generally on-site M-F from 9am-4pm. While we try to meet guests on the weekend, be aware that we do NOT have staff at Avila overnight. You will have access to staff via cell in cases of problems.
